LISA GILD on MILLION DOLLAR LISTING SEASON 15 FINALE

Lisa Gild was invited to be part of another Million Dollar Listing shoot — this time for the FINALE at Season 15 at the pedigreed Pasadena Estate.

On this episode, Lisa along with Josh Altman, Tracy Tudor & other top agents, was invited to preview Josh Flagg’s $36.5M pedigreed Pasadena Estate. The gorgeous Pasadena estate is considered the grand dame of all of them. Built by Myron Hunt, who did the [Huntington Library,] and Gordon Kaufmann, who did Greystone Mansion, this is a rare gem.

12,000 square feet of exquisiteness, this 1916 estate is situated on 2.5 acres and exudes a classic Great Gatsby ambiance. Everything is pedigreed and it comes completed with hidden underground elevator that connected to a private museum on the property. It was one of the most expensive properties ever sold in Pasadena.

Altman showed up asking if he missed the whole tour where Lisa joked with him. He arrived just in time for the secret door portion of the tour. They stopped off at the tiki bar for cocktails and then the 20,500 square feet of museum and entertainment gallery wing.
